Our industry cannot be in too bad a state if Amy's wonderful performance of REHAB at the GRAMMYS is anything to go by.

Some are good, some are bad, the vast majority (as everywhere) are adequate.

My problem with Universal is that the powers that be at the top have used ability in the old ways to disguise the deep problems of the old model.

As a result they could be the last to deal with those crucial basic flaws.
