on the Matthew Bennett and Julian Perretta threads in particular - all threads seem very healthy and active but both those tip threads have been viewed by thousands of people. I've been hearing a lot about this band recently, heard them being plugged on Capital Radio yesterday..had a listen and think they'll be snapped up pretty quick..doesn't seem to be anything else like them about at the moment...should do well. They're not a million miles away from Ben's Brother (albeit with a worse singer) or Jamie Scott & The Town...in fact, there are a rake of bands that they sound like. The Matthew Bennett/Julian Peretta threads all strike me as a bit street team-ish. I prefer Julian to Matthew by far. Funnily enough I'm the other way round SW. I am, of course, well aware of street teams - nothing against them myself; anything that draws my attention and that of others to music is fine by me. I heard about the Matthew Bennett Band from my assistant last week, got an email from a lawyer on Monday and had call about them this morning! Definitely a buzz going on. Didn't really like it on first listen but quite like the Someday Soon track today. If they do have a street team effort then they're certainly getting it to the right people.

From IP numbers and other systems JC, I reckon we are predominantly industry, entertainment and media based in our viewers with a section of people interested in myself and my case and only a few ordinary "punters".

That's what we always were. Huge amongst "movers and shakers"; we leave the fans to the sites devoted to their idols.
