As you may know from my earlier posts I think We7 is great and an important step in the battle against online piracy.

At least artists are guaranteed to receive payment for their music online. Their growth is proof of this as well. I can understand the fears of the majors but a penny for every one is greater than a pound for 1% thereof. They will still be able to sell product (physical or digital) on top of that. it's a win win situation.

"We7 is not about devaluing music but facing up to the real world of how people consume music today."

Hard to swallow for some but very true. After reading this I see them as a very forward thinking company, maybe they're not doing everything right but at least they're heading in the right direction.
