Hi, I know alot of people make that claim but.... throughout my career as a musician i've recorded song after song that have been re-arranged and cut by Boy/Girl bands and been MASSIVE hits.
Yes you guessed it.... I'm a COUNTRY MUSIC LOVER.
I write/record and produce music that means something.... i've worked with The Mavericks, written for Barbara Orbison etc etc.
I've got a HUGE song that has all the elements of a candle holding love Anthem for a pop act to sell shed loads of.
want proof ? 4 mins of your life is all it takes. id you cant hear and see it for a boyzlife/westzone esq treatment then fair enough.... but i'd think less of you.
kids would buy it all day if it had the right artist fronting it. ANYONE worth their salt in this industry would easily be able to spot that.

please have the insight to listen thru the country music production. I mean ALL the top BOY/GIRL acts use country songs when they need hits.

I think it's good. Not my type of song really. But certainly on-target for what you're trying to do.

The country angle is funny, as an old writing partner mentioned two country songs we did way back, one of which he maintains is a guaranteed boy-band hit.

If he digs up a copy I'll post it in a new thread (it's bad form to hijack someone else's).

But you're right about country in that respect. Most popular country songs are story songs. The thing that irritates me most in country is the hiccuppy vocals, which this one doesn't have too much of.

Yes I like this Ethan. But you need to stop thinking of it as a boyband or girlband song. I can hear Mooriah singing or any good singer singing it. Yes country music has a rich pool of songs. Love It !

Hello, Some interesting people have got in contact with me over this. I would love to release it myself, however, without a label to handle plugging/press etc i think it would just get lost.
