Oh dear oh dear, leave our Michael be , but, as Miles Davis`s studio diary says..(I`m not directly quoting, but its something like..)

"4.15pm, Miles returns to the studio"

That quoted, or slightly misquoted, we return to our old mate Pacobel again, which is a genuine copyright chicken and egg situation, did Bach write the sequence or his landlord?

Either way, it is indeed a dead cert, that neither invented the cigar that followed.(or the combover or Regain)
