National newspaper circulation figures... 19 Years ago

Sun down 4.29% from last year; Mirror down 5.01; Star down 7.13; Express 5.25; but Mail UP by 0.21; Guardian (change shape) up 7.02.
NOTW down 6.40; People down 10.92 (surely due to be folded soon?); Mirror down 4.10; Observer UP 7.72 (changed shape).

Interesting that thew only way to gain readers seems to be giving away free music CD's or DVD's or changing the shape of the paper.

Does this say much for content?
