The Ting Tings at number one. Now that is what you call a real band, none of this A&R bullshit that the 'tipsheet' espouses!

Cracking record!

Although later than most, I think you will find that my partner and my friends did tip the Ting Tings , although admittedly I did not.

Nice to hear from a band who only want to make good music for people to enjoy without shallow ambition. They come across as very unasuming. Good luck with the album.

I`m sure many have noticed that "Mickey" has never actually seemed to have left regional radio playlists since the day it was a hit.
An interesting point.
As human listeners, are we all actually looking to replace our loved tunes with ones that are slightly similar and have a slightly newer sound without performing a cover version?

I have gone for "seek" switch so many times over the last few years whenever I hear "I Wanna Know What Love Is" by Foreigner still.
It seemingly has never lost popularity.
Or has it? Did anyone ask anyone?
I never liked it and never will, but would it nor be interesting if a similar and updated record suddenly filled it`s shoes?
