MAD ISLE OF WIGHT ROCKERS "BLACKSMITH" BURY HOOVER! by Andy H


Eccentric Isle of Wight hard core rockers(now living in London), Blacksmith, upset the neighbours by the noises of female fans at a late night party at their house.
On demanding to see if the girls were ok, a concerned neighbour phoned the police, who discovered the four members of the band had dug a hole in the garden and were laying a black heavy and long object into a hole.
On investigation this turned out to be a vacuum cleaner.
A spokesman for the band said, "It was making so much noise , people had to shout over it and so we buried it."
