Heres is a story that might wind up the medjee for the silly season . I tip a hit.
"You have heard of the devices that they have to play sounds that drive away young people from outside off licences. Well the whole thing has gone one step further.
A Cornwall cinema has installed a device specifically to drown out the local busker."
Should I sign him before I tell the S*n or after.
