I worked on a tabloid Sunday when that dreadful Ch4 doc was transmitted.
We got the story that JK had a friend on the station who deliberately scheduled Let It All Hang Out (Fosters Lager) as the first ad in the first ad break after the show which had featured JK singing the hit; making the show's conclusion that JK wasn 't earning anything look stupid.

Our boys then discovered it wasn't King's version in the ad.

So the editor decided to do a slag off piece saying "JK claiming to make thousands from ad that earns him nothing".

Then we discovered you publish it and made a fortune.

Editor gives up. Nothing carried. Much laughter among hacks.
