TOPIC: Bad Titles
#35469
Bad Titles 16 Years, 8 Months ago
Probably my favourite British track of the year so far is the Coldplay single, When I Ruled The World.

Look for it and you'll never find it.

The title is completely different - resembling a Ricky Martin classic.

I didn't like the rest of the album but the single is terrific.

Why do they do these things?

You can use bad titling as I do, to your own advantage though.
Off the top of my head a song by a band called "Snow Petrol" on I Tunes will sell worldwide on ITunes.

Sorry to go off the thread but, everytime i hear "Viva" i always think they should have released it nearer to Christmas. It just has that Christmasy feel about it.

That`s a very good point Angel. And I tell you what, just watch that album and song treble in sales at Christmas because of the use of the Xmassy bell on the 4th beat of the bar on the chorus.
When the album/song was released it was pure drama, history may prove different in sales.
