Does anyone else find themselves watching the passing scenery and the crowds more than the runners? Beautiful blue skies over Newcastle today. Some of the fun runners are entertaining.

Also can't help thinking that more could be done for cancer research if all the various different cancer charities merged into one and pooled their resources. Surely fighting the desease should be a higher priority than preserving the memory of it's individual victims.
