Sony ATV Music Publishing will go completely to Sony.

IF Bertelsmann is really selling:
SMEI will buy the Bertelsmann stake of Sony BMG, and Sony will get BMG Music Publishing.

There will be NO MERGER between EMI and Warner Music Group. And neither company has enough money to buy the other. But maybe an outside investor (MS, Apple) will buy both.
