Yes I thought this would be amusing, I am instantly stuck with Sugar Sugar now, despite trying to wean myself from Katrina with Green Days "Warning", which turned out to equally infectious.
It`s a wonderful thing that us humans can run music in our heads. When my radio was confiscated from me at school for listening to Luxembourg after "lights out", I just used to "run" the whole show using my imagination with invented atrists and songs that I was making up in my head. My "Friday Night Top Twenty Run Down" became essential, errmmm, listening!


A case in point there, we may have too much media available to us now to have as many creators of something that they can have access to at any time, they took my radio away and unwittingly left me a role as a music writer and arranger.
So a belated thanks to Matron (grrrrrr!) there!

Well without a radio and not being allowed to read I was actually just bored!
There is nothing like being "sent to bed" when you are simply not tired as I`m sure you recall from your own school days.
I`m sure that these days the kids are actually allowed "reading time".

Oh dear, then one day of course, I decided to perform my "radio show" to all as a "breakfast show" at 5 am in the morning after sneaking my guitar up!
A truely great gig, with a rider that included two weeks detention!
