Is the writer of that article the lady who used to do some Radio 4 bits in the morning?


I think what is interesting about this whole out of hand debacle is the way that the BBC have suddenly had to realise that they are part of a democratic society and yet the top dogs, as it were, are still fighting this.
I certainly would not have suspended either DJs as the ratings for the on air apology would have been a lot higher than the original listening audience.

Despite every view on the original issue, mistake , gaff, or whatever you want to call it, every single person is still talking about it and cannot deny that they are still talking about it, because it is entertainment, therefore, they are "entertained" by it still.
Correct me if I`m wrong, but I do believe that entertainment is in the BBC charter.
