Absolutely dreadful.

I've only switched over for a few chunks here and there but it is so awful.

One question - if you were Gary Barlow and you had a couple of hits, would you do them with Take That or give them to ITV?

The scripts and plots and acting are so dire it makes a viewer shudder.

As is the "this is the way young people act" music.

And "here's a way to deal with a serious teen problem; dyslexia"

Tom Cruise is SOOOO cool man.

Ugh.

Have to agree that is got worse in espisode 2.....

Real shame because a really good song and dance series is long overdue in the UK.

It got an extra million viewers this week for one reason only - Lewis Hamilton - but I bet they all fall away after people saw it!

It actually had something to do with the fact that Girls Aloud made an appearance.

I caught a couple of minutes because I tuned in for Heartbeat and ITV was running late after the grand prix coverage. I killed the sound and browsed teletext until BH had finished.

Girls Aloud were awful on it as well. Wooden and hammy.

Ally Ross very funny - and accurate - in The Sun today.

Episode 3 got 2.5 million viewers.

2.5 million? At prime time on ITV Sunday.

This shows what happens when TV people think they understand music - and youth.

Disaster.

2.5 million again - as opposed to 11 million for Antiques Roadshow on BBC1.

The two words are starting to be Total Disaster.
