and publishes some "All Time"-Charts. The only problem is: All Time means the last 50 years. It's a celebration of the 50th year of the Hot 100, hence songs from the very first chart in 1958 onwards. Billboard frequently mentions the pre-58 stuff whenever chart records and the like are discussed.
