is simply that she cannot sing. Since when has that been a medical condition? But the answer is not, as the nervous sound man clearly felt on the show, to drown her out when she's out of tune and quavering with other singers and backing. Truly talentless in every way. I agree - Diana is completely talentless. I am afraid that I only know people who do rather funny impressions of her but a singer .... no no no. Mind you, who are we to argue with Gary Barlow - do you think he was paid to say what he said. Surely a man with his talent cannot possible really rate her?

If it's based on talent, Alexandra or JLS should win, but Diana is the girl everyone wants to win.

As one newspaper put it, in Alexandra's case, she has no harrowing childhood (her mother was in Soul 2 Soul) and lived a normal life.

Everyone else had a sad story to tell or a new addition to the family.
