AEG still not published refund details ! 15 Years, 12 Months ago
After promising to publish refund details this morning I have not received any notification yet ? ( Weds near 4p.m ) anyone else receieved anything ? Seems they are struggling to sort out a refund letter.......... Enter code here Please note: although no board code and smiley buttons are shown, they are still usable.

Still not received an e mail - but this went up late yesterday afternoon.

Those who brought from MJ LIVE got them through Ticketmaster probably - so click on the link and it takes you through to a claim form.

They say you will get a refund within 21 days.
