Julian Perretta takes the top spot.

Meanwhile, in this week of heavy Beatles coverage, the FAB Four are the highest new entry at 12 with 'Come Together'.

The Moles come in at 16 with 'Three ghosts in my house'. It's a little weird and psychadelic but pretty awesome too once I gave myself time to get properly into it.

Another cool number, Jouis with 'I am the man', comes in at 17. This one is also a bit 60s, but that seems to be the way a lot of music is going. Although it also reminds me of mid 80s Madchester (which reminded me of the 60s). Good stuff.

Then I listen to Sabine who's in at 19 this week. I love this one. Wonderful voice and an enjoyably quirky song.

A good climb for Laurie Lingo and the Dipsticks.

For anyone who finds the "official" chart boring and lifeless, the FAB Chart could be your reviver.

And the Cosmics went up again.

Love the Poncho song too. I see she has 777 "friends" on myspace but only 18 people have so far listened to this song.

Totally won over by "I am the Man". Starts off fairly average but then it developes into a classic.

Some nice stuff in there. I wasn't sure about the Nice One Perri song at first but now I find it quite fun. A bit of Asian influence in it so I wonder if Perri is part Asian or if that's just how it came out. (any clues Emma?)

Have to admit I'm still drawn to Cass Elliot and Amen Corner. The new entries are cool tho. Wish we could still just click on the tracks to hear them rather than go hunting, but it still brings us music we might not know existed otherwise.

I'm not aware that Perri has any direct Asian blood in his family. It's just the way it came out. Glad you like it, JC.
