No, not X F but magnificent Jennifer Hudson doing And I Am Telling You in Dreamgirls (and giving me the same chills and ecstasy I got witnessing Jennifer Holliday doing it on Broadway first night) followed by a wonderful BBC Fleetwood Mac retrospective (off to buy Rumours for the car).

And My God wasn't the track Tusk superb?

Couldn't agree more. I had the pleasure of interviewing Lindsey Buckingham a few years ago and he was astonished when I told him that "Tusk" was (the '73 reissue of "Albatross" excepted) the band's biggest UK hit single of the seventies. He expressed great admiration for the adventurous tastes of the British record buying public!

I would be most interested to hear from where you make the purchase, given that the Supermarkets are only stocking The Very Best of. You will probably need to go to Amazon .

Has any major ever agreed to bare their collective souls in the manner , Fleetwood Mac did in that documentary last night. Parts of it were positively frightening!

Well I am a bit biased; I loved so many FM tracks, adore Stevie Nicks, surely one of the greatest singers ever, and did a great, long interview with Christine for Entertainment USA in the 80s.

But it was a particularly well made and interesting show with some amazing frank moments.

Where is Danny Kirwan now?

I want to know how Stevie stays so young looking. She is 61 but looks around 35.

I'll have what she's on.

Seems she was "on" most of the rest of the band, Emma, but I do agree; she still looks (and, more important, sounds) fantastic.

Anyone who hasn't heard Touched By An Angel (one of my top ten tracks)... check it out.

I listened to Tusk on Spotify yesterday. Indeed a great album, but somebody somewhere get me a proper copy, I hate the sound of Spotify.

If you missed the sensational Fleetwood Mac documentary it's repeated on BBC4 tonight at 9.
