Michael, I liked your song. I knew it reminded me of something, and when I scrolled down and read the review saw that it is of course a cover of Florent Pagny's 'si tu m'essayer', written by Jean-Jacques Goldman.

I like your version, and the woman's voice.

I do prefer the Goldman lyrics tho- no disrespect to you- he just writes wonderful lyrics.

Thanks. I agree. He's a great writer. The connection with Goldman and Pagny (a very powerful voice and indeed character) was the first reason I got involved. Although she does nothing in the UK as far as I know, Dana Winner has nonetheless sold 1.8 million albums over the past few years. I'd love to do something country with her voice.
