I hate the X Factor anyway, but what really grates is that they are so cyncial they persist in releasing damp squib forgettable ballad's (a la Westlife really) as "Xmas No.1's" when they should at least be putting something out worthy of the sales and the hype - something that knocks peoples socks off.
A half-arsed Miley Cyrus cover is just taking the piss.
