FAB Chart - 3 new 15 Years, 4 Months ago
Young Misha Puntov replaces Barry McGuire at the top, even managing to hold off the great Mart who sits at No.2. Misha's got a great voice and I like the song but it still reminds me of something by Abba.

'We Are The Word 25' comes in at 10. I'm a bit sad that, among all those big names involved, none bothered to write a new song for Haiti. The original version is best, but this one works fairly well until the rappers kick in towards the end. Tony Bennett adds a touch of class.

Jordan Jansen notched up another FAB Hit with 'Pray' at 18. This is his version of the Tina Cousins song.

I'm sure I'm not the only one new to the name Julia Sheer who comes in at 20 with 'You Will Never Be'. She has a likeable voice and the song kept me listening. Always nice to hear a song end rather than fade. I'm sure she'll go places.

Joe Brooks climbs seven places, as do Street Magic.
Cool stuff.

Can see why the Russian kid is attracting interest but the Australian kid is all over the place. Awful backing track and there are times where he loses the tune completely. Should have chosen a better song.

Check out this guy from South Africa. Ray Dylan, nothing like Bob though...

"Jessica"

Also worth a look are the tracks "Kom Terug"("Come Back") and "Asemloos" by the same artist.

I HATE child singers - they sound squeaky, out of tune and ghastly.
Once in a blue moon (early Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson) real talent shows through but generally they are universally ghastly.

That makes you sound extremely bitter, JK. Such a sweeping generalisation.

I adored Billy Gilman's voice when he was a boy. The choir Libera are wonderfully uplifting. There are good and bad child singers just as there are good and bad adult singers.

I'm sure Jordan Jansen sings Pray better than Bob Dylan would (speaking of losing tune completely, giles). Maybe it could be argued that Dylan just brings his own style to it, but same can be said for the kid too.

Just finished listening to Ray Dylan. Not for me.
I actually prefer Bob Dylan. Neither can sing, but Bob has more character.
