Another superstar broken by Youtube (well that's the spin) but what does Justin Bieber teach
us about the music business today. I tell you what. KISS. His songs are simple, he's not trying
to be cool and still retains most of his own vocal sound. He hasn't been turned into a total Usher
clone but is getting there. He reminds me of Jimmy Osmond so watch out UK if you haven't had it yet
watch out for Biebermania.

Oh yes KZ, we know all about it and have discussed it at length on here for a couple of years as he's developed. I personally think it reflects all that's wrong with today's "model" - tracks not good enough, "hysteria" not big enough, crossover minimal - so hopefully the Oz response will be bigger than the rather iffy results here in the UK and indeed in his home country where it's been limited to teen girl based magazines.
