That may be why it's now dropped off the charts - in its digital only form 19 Years ago  
It is all dreadfully confusing these days.

Well it has to be JK.

If they didn't have these confusing rules it would mean that any old person could get a #1 just because it's been the most popular choice with the public for that week. That would be ridiculous.
