This REGISTER is akin to NAZI JEWISH REGISTRATION in my historian's view.

The only way POLITICIANS will reform this is if they think the PUBLIC MOOD has changed against the NEW LABOUR PAEDHYSTERIA.

The REGISTER does not work. There are no examples of it working at all ever given. It is a WASTE OF PUBLIC MONEY where basic HUMAN RIGHTS are denied to people who have already served their PRISON SENTENCE.

Only if the register was for ALL convicted criminals would it be fair - and even then it would surely break all HUMAN RIGHTS legislation.

Are there any other countries which such a thing ? unlikely unless they have had a dictatorial government like New Labour.

They are rioting in THAILAND against their Government - yet I bet they have not got these sorts of "laws" there against the people.

The news is a bit late. I saw it on the news a few weeks ago and it was discussed on the other forum at some length. Note it only grants right to appeal against inclusion. It does not guarantee a successful appeal.
