Thirded. Danny has unfairly maligned for his role in Matthew Bannisters leaden-footed (*but very necessary*) reforms at Radio 1 in 1993 (the first wave of which - however needed - were bodged, with Danny effectively pleasing nobody)

My Dad fav broadcaster on the radio remember when he was in the car always be loud full blast and hurt my ears. Those were days for me
