He did - a nice surprise as I've disliked most of the movies he's been in (and they actually had the nerve to keep mentioning 'The Guru' on SCD!). It's a pity the media are now cranking up the anti-Widdy campaign, including twisting some of Jimi's quotes to add to the 'outrage'. The show will fall like a souffle once she goes.
