She should have been out weeks ago; now the problem comes - will undoubted talent (Matt and Rebecca) beat teen girl votes (and my prediction) One Direction? I still reckon Simon's faith in the power of young girls will carry the day - and hope so, since I bet on One Direction at 25-1.

On sheer talent though Matt deserves to win.The most notable thing for me was the amount of people who turned out to see the artists, all the places that Cher visited and the hall where her “fans” were live were empty in comparison to the others and clearly filmed “TOTP crowd” style to look as though there were more.

In theory One Direction have 4 times the fans than the single acts and with the amazing job that’s been done creating the hysteria around them I can’t see then losing. One Direction’s fans will pester Daddy to let them vote, Matt’s fans are at the age where they can’t be @rsed and will probably have to pay for it themselves so won’t bother.
