The bad side of reality TV - spit them out like lemon pips.
Joe could have had hits as big as big as Bieber if Simon had one ounce of musical skill and had placed him with a decent producer instead of with his photocopy brigade.

I'm not convinced. I thought he was very average, and, as I'm sure you know better than I do, if you don't click with the market, then it just doesn't happen. JK, how many acts have you worked with, who you believe you've found the right song, the right production and the right pr machine, but it just doesn't cross-over?
Simon's big advantage is he can give up on a act earlier than some do, as he knows another bus load are just around the corner.
