And from America...
MeMeMeMovie
Hi, Jonathan
I checked yesterday and put out a bulletin right away and told my friends to do the same. Great Movie! I watched it last night and it was different than I expected but very interesting all the same especially your surprise plot twist at the end. Your movie is like a present day story of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet who accidentally kill themselves not knowing that the front page media and the tabloids lied which were responsible for the lies they reported which led to their untimely deaths! My favorite film of Romeo & Juliet is the 1968 version, the new film with Leonardo DiCaprio is awful because the beautiful language of Shakespeare isn't spoken word for word.
The plot twist was great at the end!
I loved your stab at the media and tabloids and distortion of the facts for their financial gain! The media is a two edged sword it makes people a star and
it can also destroy them too! Michael Jackson is perfect example of this, some rotten people like to see superstars get knocked off their pedestals, especially gays and bisexual's, homophobes like to punish them, which reminds of Oscar Wilde a brilliant playwright, poet, and novelist and what they did to him at the height of his fame! I loved your record producer who is sort of a gay Cary Grant imitation and talks about Johnny Baby having gay fans and as well as girl fan's!
Where did you get the idea for him?
I loved Tony Curtis's Cary Grant imitation
in one of my favorite films, Some Like It Hot! with Marylin Monroe and Jack Lemon and visited The Hotel Coronado in San Diego where it was filmed. I love it when Marylin Monroe looks up and say's
"Hi Ya Honey!"

I read you knew Brian Epstein, he looked like kindest guy you could ever meet!

I know your own story of your love and hate relationship of the media is included in your film MeMeMeMovie and I don't blame you for taking a poke at them!
I really loved all the music in the film and the performances which kept the film moving along perfectly. Why wasn't Portobello Road by Jay Fratello included in your film? Was it due to copyright or it cost to much money to use for a Cat Steven's song? I loved the guy who played Jay Fratello and hope he becomes a big recording artist. The actor who plays Johnny Bambino has a great singing voice too! I miss the pop music of the 1960s and wish that record producers would bring the style back again and update it! The retro Girl Group The Sirens was great!
I was wondering why you didn't place them in the film as minor characters as well as their singing roles. Anyway, I am' signing off before I send you a novel!
Cheers
