TOPIC: Damon Albarn on Marr
#71316
Damon Albarn on Marr 14 Years ago
Completely incapable of speech communication - thank god he makes music.
But the one time I met him (I gave him a lift once after a concert) he chatted away quite happily (mainly about Cat Stevens).

I was just about to post the same thing (not about meeting him, about his interview )

It was almost painful watching him. I couldn't work out whether it was nerves or just not being articulate. As you say, thankfully he makes good music.

I was just going to post about this very same subject. Albarn seemed hungover and was struggling to find the words, and he has clearly had a hair transplant (ala Rooney and Brydon). I don't know why he can't move away from writing this pretensious nonsense and get back to writing decent pop songs.
