Thank you Twiggy... 13 Years, 5 Months ago
for choosing Dolly Parton's wonderful original version of I Will Always Love You in her Tracks of my Years on Ken Bruce.

What a major talent Dolly is.

Twiggy...the most beautiful woman that ever lived IMHO. But am I alone in finding dear old Ken Bruce incredibly dull?

Ken Bruce is a terrific broadcaster but he will be the next to go. Radio 2's popularity is becoming a problem in that it is now entirely presenter led. the music seems irrevelevant much of the time. Bob Shennan is not a music person, he is a people person. For example- few would have given V Feltz that slot but it works.

I've just always found Bruce the poor man's Wogan. Jimmy Young was my hero, when he was sacked I was appalled. A legend of broadcasting.

I went to Dolly's Sydney presser a few weeks ago and she is absolutely soooo adorable.

I loved the lighting and the tiny stage Dolly 'performed' on ..everything down to perfection as was her rehearsed answers..but I love her.

We were given her latest CD and sadly I found it quite repetitive and dull..her older stuff so much better.

As for twiggy...I sold her a hammock when I had a Kings Road shop and had to explain how she could hang it between 2 trees..she's very sweet.

Always found Twiggy as dull as dishwater. In a recent interview she came across as a bit of a thicko.

I cast no nasturtiums on the lovely girl's mental abilities.

She understood after 5 minutes how a hammock is strung between two trees.
