So it's you against me (Sweden) PH - let's see who's right!

Englebert's has really grown on me but not a hope being on first.

If you don't win, JK, and If it's any consolation, I have never picked a winning song yet.

We shall see ....

Hi

I feel Loreen Semi-Final performance was poor but Sweden will still be there abouts. Reckon the Russian grannies will walk the televote though and Italy will also do well.

Spectacular opening; I'm not convinced by Graham Norton's commentary - he's no Wogan.
The EBU theme at the start always brings me goosebumps from the years when I ran the UK end (and won).

He sounded a bit strained to me .. but, when the voice fails send in the dancers and hope nobody notices.

The organisers deserve a pat on the back. Amazing production that is visually stunning.

Well done JK. I still don't like the song, but obviously others do.

7-1 flipping heck JK you must have a crystal ball but well done for calling it. Unfortunately we never got the live show but it's on TV now but it's looking great. The stage production is awesome.

Popbitch tipped me off about it when it was merely a contender to be the Swedish entry. I heard it; could hear it was a smash; and got long 7-1 odds on Sweden since they hadn't even chosen their representative.
A hit will win as long as the performer is good (sadly Gina G wasn't for us in 1996).

By the way I did exactly the same TWICE with Johnny Logan in the 80s and won the same amount both times!

I know we lose but never thought we be second to last, Englebert just looked embarrassing we all knew Sweden would win it was bookies favorite and a huge hit in 3 countries didn't mind it but Denmark was my favorite entry.
