Thanks for reading, and apologies to anyone who wastes a few minutes of their life they are never gonna get back. (And yes, I know it's Old School, not 36O New Model. But sometimes, you want what you want.)

I didn't think this would be so hard to find, anyone with any ideas I would be extremely grateful !

I need some blank A4 cardboard folders as a press kit for a project.

But, when opened the left hand side is open with a flap showing my sheets of A4 paper, the right hand side, is a clever folded cardboard construction with a recess or hole deep enough into which I my CD in Jewel Case snugly sits.

OK, I know I could go to Rymans, or Smiths, or Staples, and find something suitable, with a flap either side. I was just hoping before I did that I might find one my nice little CD jewel case sits snugly in, rather than one that creases my A4 paper and lets the Jewel Case crash to the floor in a million plastic shatterings as soon as it is openened.

I know these things are made, as I have handled hundreds of them, but of course they were individually printed, however, I am sure, somewhere, some company must make the blank cardboard onto which they are printed, no ?
