Hello,

With music (pop music in particular) becoming more concerned with style than content, it begs the question; what are modern pop stars really trying to sell, records or sex? Tv talent show judges make snap judgements as soon as someone walks on stage based purely on appearance. Rock music is different but i can't think of one pop star that is unattractive.

As music sound has got less important, image has become more so than ever; when great, cross over, mass appeal music starts getting heard and bought again (instead of specialist sounds), we'll be back in business.
