He covered my Una Paloma Blanca in the 70s - and, in return, I covered his Rose Marie for my movie The Pink Marble Egg.

Gosh. I am very sorry to hear this. I was brought up listening to Slim Whitman and Jim Reeves.
his Una Paloma Blanca was very nice.
