just played The Fortunes version of Fire Brigade; quite amazingly similar to The Move though recorded before... I wonder if anyone has my version of Wild Thing recorded by Hedgehoppers Anonymous before The Troggs? I can't find it. Indeed. And an old writing partner informed me last year that nearly all the work we had done in the 90s is gone, as the tapes were badly stored and have basically disintegrated in parts.
