When will people in the UK wake up to the fact that they are being shafted by a super wealthy elite 1%, the face of which currently is Rishi Sunak?

This is nothing to do with being "left" or "right". Too simple. The last person to stand against this was Corbyn, who was destroyed by the media dept of the 1%.

the current ghastly Tories sole purpose is to rip off as much of Britain's wealth for the top 2% and by prior arrangement the equally ghastly Starmer will replace them and carry on business as usual as a right of centre Tory party.

Oh for the days of Harold Wilson and even Ted Heath.
