You'd think a paper like the Sunday Times would be a little more accurate than printing that Clive Davis founded Zomba, wouldn't you? Their full page report on the industry got it all dreadfully wrong, as usual. But certainly there has to be some kind of consolidation and what I wonder is....why cannot the majors shed all the functional departments into a new, jointly owned corporation that looks after all the shared, non-competitive areas? That would not breach ANY rules by the EU
