SO WHAT IS THE REALITY? I've gone into detail above but still several member of the public appear willing to condemn me for the fictional and exaggerated crimes in the media. Here are the facts - and you can verify them by examining the court reports against one man. Lesser offences against four other men were also convictions. Of the TWENTY SEVEN accusers (all but two of them came forward after and because of the saturation, negative publicity provoked by the first two made up claims from THIRTY TWO years ago), I was either ACQUITTED of the other TWENTY TWO or they were ordered thrown out by the Judge, abandoned by the prosecution or deserted after we proved many elements in the stories were lies. I have never found 'children' sexually attractive. Even the police and CPS did not claim that. It was probably why they never confiscated or examined any computers or phone books or address lists. They knew I was not a padeophile and they were only with old, stale, historical accusations by men who had been teenagers when they met me. Time and again, in court, we proved - at huge expense and great investment of time- that the men were lying about their ages. Nearly all were over 16 when they originally met me. That, coupled with the fact that they returned to visit again time after time, prompted the judge to order the allegations to be thrown out. I was simply unable to prove my innocence of the final five claimants despite proving in court that three of the five were lying and causing the dates of the alleged offences to be changed by up to three years. It's simply not possible to prove you DIDN'T do something nearly twenty years ago. I am appealing my convictions and hope to get the European Court of Human Rights to force the UK government to change the law. It is unfair to expect someone to be able to prove their innocence, decades later, when allegations need NO PROOF WHATSOEVER and the motive of huge compensation cash and media interviews fees (Max Clifford represented several of the 'victims') can be greed as well as malice, revenge, desire for attention, justification for personal failure and many others. Several of the accusers I don't think I ever even met. One of the five victims in my convictions I am certain I never knew. The others I met and they simply exaggerated our relationship from honest, open conversation into limited sexual contact. Am I guilty of having had sex with under age consenting adults? YES. The law absurdly considered MALES as unable to consent at the same age as females. The government agrees with me and changed the law last year. But many bigots hate the equalization of the age of consent and used my case to try to damage the logic of the argument. I have never, ever had sex with anyone who didn't want to have sex with me. Oh, they may have changed their minds decades later, with the benefit of hind sight and the carrot of cash dangled before their fading eyes. According the British law, both men and women can decide after years, that they never consented, and send a man to prison for rape. I've now met DOZENS of Innocent men falsely accused by ex-partners and wives. It's a disgrace, and one compounded by lazy or corrupt police officers and CPS lawyers and judges and media people. So don't believe the tabloids. Ignore TV shows that produce witnesses whose lies were thrown out in an Old Bailey court -without telling viewers. Because I believe in KARMA. Let evil get a foothold in your soul and it come back to haunt you, I have a clear conscience. I am an innocent man.
