Within days EMI will announce it is buying Warners from Edgar. Lyor out in America but Warners remains the US outlet; EMI to be merged into it. And guess what? Roger Ames goes back over to run the States. Virgin remains under Flom. In the UK - bye bye Warners. EMI takes over for rest of the world. That's the plan for Levy and Munns. Or so we hear.
