Sir: Zoe Williams writes "First Among Equals", that the subtext to my opinions on prison "is clear - I do not belong here". She's wrong. Although I am innocent and am appealing my convictions, I've seen frighteningly many other innocent prisoners. If they belong here, so do I. She says "prison is for criminals." Not necessarily, Zoe. Tell that to Stephen Downing and Nelson Mandela. She says I have not addressed my offending behavior. My offending behavior was in finding men over the age of sixteen as attractive as women of the same age. The government has changed the law. And I have become much older and find teenagers exhausting rather than attractive. So mother nature has enabled me to address my offending behavior-not that it is, any more legally offensive. Stop making assumptions, Zoe. An Oxbridge education might have assisted your thought processes and stopped your journalistic offending behavior. Best wishes, Jonathan King
