My jaw dropped when I saw a US MARINE GENERAL on TV asking for IRAQI Police to return to duty. So you overthrow a regime and then request bits of it to come back because you lose control? Isn't it basic rules of invasion to have a plan in place for the moment of conquest? Troops to protect hospitals, electricity, water, transmitters, museums....I assumed that would all have been specifically allocated ahead of time. Liberation blueprint. Bush and blair are starting to look like incompetent morons. Just as the lunatic consequences of BLUNKETT's policies at hime will inevitably be chaos - why are our leaders incapable of seeing ramifications?
