Sad news. Maybe it was a blessing that she had dementia, if it meant that she couldn't remember the conviction and court cases.

Yeah there are a lot of macabre people who want souvenirs of notorious people. I'm sure some of the Krays artifacts would make a lot of money.
Here's an interesting exchange with the above-mentioned ex cop who has spoken to the Mirror recently (Mirror: "he is certain the disgraced TV star had many more victims were too scared to come forward"). He was a detective sergeant with Operation Yewtree and a senior investigating officer in the Rolf Harris case, according to media reports.
