Typical touring weekend food post with a twist..burgers and burgers, but finally finishing last night with an excellent linguine pasta with a duck and gravy sauce. Very interesting cross-culture dish. It took us twelve hours to get up north on Friday, but only four and a half to get back. Well I had cold Ham and potato Rosti. If you're ever in Yorkshire, visit one of Betty's Cafes, (York, Harrogate, Northalerton etc),0h and try thier swiss Rosti - Wonderful.
