Ian MacShane looked like a much better looking George Michael.

It was produced by my next door neighbour of 20 years ago.

Talking of ITV3, I keep bumping into Captain Hastings in my local Post Office.

Ian McShane's first film was called "The Wild and the Willing" and was shot in my home city, Lincoln.

Never been released on DVD or video but it's amazingly shot although the story is a bit hit and miss. Kenneth Williams mentions it in his diaries (he didn't like it) but mentions how much he liked McShane.
