And last night's delicious dinner?

Leg of lamb steaks in mint and honey with roast potatoes and a green salad of chicory, chinese lettuce, cucumber and avocado in a mustard vinaigrette sauce.

Aren't cold (or warm) potatoes wonderful in salad?

One of my favourite Italian dishes is warm potatoes in olive oil and vinegar with sea salt.

I tend to add honey and ground black pepper.

Potatoes a la King!

Cold salad potatoes, or even warm ones, I find very useful when your dinner guest(s) are caught in the horrendous traffic we have down here. Eating after six pm is far too late for me, and I have to look after my figure:woohoo: , all those calories just prior to sleeping , and I could well be back to just under twelve stone, not good at my height.
Frying feta is an art by the way, get it wrong and its runny.

Potatoes are great. There are just so many ways to prepare them. They all have distictive character and taste.

Just recalled eating jacket potatoes done in the Guy Fawkes bonfire mmmmmmmmmmmmm
