They got right for me last night, BBC 2 all evening. It was great to see Heston Blumenthal cooking and experimenting at his own pace, as opposed to being rushed in and out of a cooking show.

After lots of panic in the kitchen, and kitchen staff charging everywhere, they were very upset with themselves and agreed it was not up to their usual high standard, and refunded the fee for it.
They are top all top staff at the Hinds Head "pub restuarant" in this case, which was where this happened. You must try the pea soup, and the quaking pudding. Top stuff, and not as expensive as one might think for a truly great experience.
